The online version of the Annotated Checklist of the Flowering Plants of Nepal is the most up to date list of species known from Nepal.

Specimens from the National Herbarium in Kathmandu can be viewed here.

The online version of the Flora of China includes keys, descriptions and illustrations of many plants which grow in Nepal.

The University of Tokyo's Flora of Nepal Database includes records of collections in the TI herbarium which date back to the 1950s. The data base is split into two sections, Seed plants and Ferns and fern allies.

RBGE's Herbarium Catalogue includes many specimens from Nepal.

IPNI, the International Plant Names Index, includes information on the publication of plant names.

TL2 has historical information about authors of plant names.

Biodiversity Heritage Library gives access to scanned versions of the literature in which names were published.

The East Himalayan Gazetteer contains coordinates of many collecting localities to the east of Nepal.
